Pediatric Physical Therapy

Where motor milestones meet connection,
growth, and empowerment

Our Approach to Caring for You and Your Child

At the heart of our care is a family-centered, holistic philosophy that honors each child’s unique developmental journey. We provide one-on-one care in our private space, tailored to your child’s specific needs, using a whole-body approach that supports movement, function, and overall well-being. We work closely with you and your child’s care team including pediatricians, specialists such as occupational and speech therapists, chiropractors, orthotists, and more- to help meet your and your child’s goals in all aspects of their lives.

Our treatments are grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on collaboration—between physical therapist, child, and caregivers. We believe in the power of connection and communication to foster trust and ensure continuity of care and success beyond the clinic walls.

Through ongoing education and support, we aim to empower families with the knowledge and tools needed to help their child thrive in movement, development, and life skills. With compassionate, skilled care, we’re here to help build the strongest foundation possible—together.

Meet Dr. Alyssa, PT, DPT

Hi, I’m Alyssa, a pediatric physical therapist, a proud mom of two young children, and a St. Louis native. My passion for working with children and families began early—as a competitive gymnast for 16 years, movement has always been a big part of my life. I began sharing that passion when I became a gymnastics coach at 16, and that experience sparked my lifelong interest in child development and teaching, landing on a career in Pediatric Physical Therapy.

I earned my Bachelors of Arts from Hamline University in 2018 and graduated from the University of Minnesota, earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022 before returning home to St. Louis. As a pediatric physical therapist, my passion lies in empowering parents with the knowledge, support, and tools they may not otherwise receive—because you deserve to feel confident in your child’s care and in your role as their strongest advocate. I truly believe in blending education with play, movement with joy, and goals with laughter.

My goal is to make movement and parenting feel joyful, accessible, and deeply personal—for both you and your child.
